OFFICE QUESTIONS
Appointment
Please call us to set up your appointment. We will try to see an urgent medical problem on the same day. Call in advance for routine appointments or non-emergency problems.
First Time Visiting
When you arrive for your first visit, we will ask you fill out our admission system to set-up your record and chart. Please arrive 20 minutes before the appointment time to fill out appropriate forms and verify insurance. If you have an appointment for a complex or longstanding problem, please try and bring any medical, school, or other records that will be helpful to us for that visit.

Prenatal Consultation
If you are interested in meeting one of our pediatricians before your baby's arrival, you can schedule a prenatal consult to meet the doctor(s) and ask any questions you may have.

Parking
There is a parking garage you can enter off Atlantic Ave. The rate is $2/hour, with a max of $6/day. Cash and debit card are accepted. Due to building policy, our office no longer validates for parking.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you are unable to make your appointment time or are running late, please call our office as soon as possible. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to re-schedule your appointment.
Payment
The office accepts all major credit cards, debit, and cash.

At nights and on weekends, one of the doctors is always on call for urgent problems. Please call our regular office number, 562-901-6767, and you will be connected with one of our doctors shortly.

Telephone Calls
If you have any questions regarding your child's symptoms, condition, medication, or treatment, you can call during our business hours. One of the office staff can assist in addressing your issue or help schedule an appointment for you. If you desire to speak to one of the doctors directly, the staff will leave a message for the doctor to call you back once they are available.

POLICIES
Vaccinations
We firmly believe that vaccinations are safe, effective, and save lives. Our pediatricians follow the recommended guidelines from the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics). We believe that prevention is key to good health for our patients, and we also believe that providing vaccinations to our patients not only helps protect them, but also their families and community. Thus, in keeping with our philosophies, we do not accept families who do not plan to immunize.
